“Transportation from our hotel was close by. Be careful with the wording. Your pick up time is 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. Thankfully there are reservations every hour for this experience and we only had to wait at the central station (BSI) for 30-40 minutes. Transportation back was good, but depending on your hotel you will be dropped off at a more central stop because the larger bus cannot get to the other locations due to size. Sky Lagoon was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the 7 step ritual and the thermal spa even in 40 degree Fahrenheit weather with rain.”
