“We were so stunned when we entered the lagoon. It was so amazing, the scenery was so beautiful and peaceful. We really had a good stress reliever after a 6 hr flight with the warm water and sunset by the horizon. We booked around 3:30pm and there were just a few people around. Food and drinks was superb as well. Plus the best surprise, when the sun was out, the northern lights were just dancing above us as if a good finale to an unforgettable experience! “The driver/guide was extremely known about the history and places/sites where we stopped. He allowed time at the stops so we could experience them. My booking was this past Monday which was an unusually warm day. Unfortunately the van used for the tour did not have air conditioning and it was an extremely hot and uncomfortable 8 hours sweating inside the vehicle. Although the driver tried to open some vents there was minimal air circulation and it was not an enjoyable trip”

“Transportation from our hotel was close by. Be careful with the wording. Your pick up time is 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. Thankfully there are reservations every hour for this experience and we only had to wait at the central station (BSI) for 30-40 minutes. Transportation back was good, but depending on your hotel you will be dropped off at a more central stop because the larger bus cannot get to the other locations due to size. Sky Lagoon was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the 7 step ritual and the thermal spa even in 40 degree Fahrenheit weather with rain.”
